You play as a cute green GoodBacteria and you have to destroy the enemies inside a person's bloodstream which are: anger, boredom and sadness, which often get overlooked in our society. So we will leave it in the hands, or i would say pili [bacteria hands are called that] of our GoodBacteria! 
Dodge the enemies or the bacteria will get killed! The bacteria will emit smaller bacteria which will destroy the enemies! so our GoodBacteria can travel across the whole body.
